Reopened because they are dumping it regularly into the storm drain, this needs to remain open under PW Clean Water. This will be an ongoing enforcement issue for the Clean Water Dept.

With respect to these reports of this property owner disposing wastes into the public right-of-way, a formal "Notice to Implement Best Management Practices" letter, referencing relevant Alameda Municipal Code sections, was sent to the subject property owner, dated 11/21/17.

Update: City staff inspection on 12/14/17 of the public right-of-way along the 1200-block (odd) of Park Street, Alameda, CA, did not produce any evidence of the property owner at 1217 Park Street actively discharging any waste materials to the public right-of-way.
