  The location is the SW corner of 9th and Madison at Lake Merritt BART. I am requesting that the missing pedestrian indicator be reinstalled at that corner. Please let me know if more detail is required. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

  I've been using the wrong term -- by "pedestrian indicator" I mean pedestrian signal. One is pictured in the original photo. Let me know if you still need an image or have other questions.
