There is always double parking in the bike lane during the PM peak commute hours, which results in the buffered bike lane being blocked! People exiting the Lake Merritt BART Station at the southeast corner of 9th/Oak get into Ubers, Lyfts, and other passenger vehicles at this location. Please make a long white zone / passenger loading zone curbside instead of the metered spots currently there. Please enforce double parking violations here.
