Description

Gangs of children running unsupervised and vandalizing yards and fences. They range in age from about 8 to mid-teens and are breaking fences and throwing things. We are elderly, and afraid of harassment. There isn't time to call police; they will destroy something quickly and then run off or ride their bikes and scooters. We know some live in New England Townhouses, Roseville Co-Op, Jade Forest Condos, and the apartments on Knoll Drive. They have free access through the fences and no adult supervision. Please help us.
