Descrizione

Construction of Packard Square Apts has stopped again for over a month . Concrete approach was started but never completed prior to stopping. Sidewalk is closed. People walking and biking must go into street which is dangerous. Think city would find the area difficult for snow plowing. Please refer to another department if necessary and send me a response.
