The painting out needs to be done by the spray vandal cretins that keep doing it. Thanks Oakland city officials for zero enforcement of spray vandalism, tagging, criminal trespassing and destruction of pubic property.

That would be ideal... throw the book, or even a few books at them! We need to change the culture in Oakland to not allow them to do what they do... enforce the laws that we have. It's the same with our homeless populations, the police won't do anything because their hands are tied.
