My garage flooded this last January due to the land not being graded correctly in the empty lot behind our home. We recently finished the $9000 worth of repairs yet have noticed that the city has not gotten rid of the debris and the land is not graded properly. When the rain comes, my property will be damaged again. The huge mounds of dirt and debris need to be removed and the ground needs to be dug out and graded so the water doesn't push into my property.
