Along the street it seems that water is being forced out of the ground. I assume from all the rain. but, yesterday I noticed like an oil film / slime in the water. it forms bubbles. it just looks very strange. I am new to swamp land, i have lived towards the beaches most of my life so I do not know if this is normal or something strange is happening.
