Description
This motor home, which has been there for WEEKS, has dumped their tank on the street, there's a giant dried puddle below the valve, which is still open and looks like it may still be dumping. If you can't manage to ticket them for not moving on street sweeping day, or for not having a B permit, maybe you can site them for dumping their tank in the street. It's a giant offensive mess. The motor home has no plates, but it's got a giant blue mural/graffiti on the side. PLEASE fix this
