Opis

Westbound W MacArthur before MLK Jr Way, the traffic signal does not detect bikes waiting in the left turn lane. A green straight through signal was given to car traffic today around 9:40am, but I never got a green left turn arrow for several phases, until a driver pulled up behind me.
