Many patches on Hancock St from the waterline work are significantly lower than the sidewalk. Driveways are lower as well, making it very inaccessible for wheelchairs.

Driveway to 68 Hancock is lower than sidewalk which creates additional access issues since the driveway can't be utilized to avoid the patches.
