Description

The round pool within the chain-link fence-enclosed back yard at 40 Rose Ave has not been used or treated for the last 4-5 years. It is a black cesspool that is a massive breeding ground for mosquitos, and is prohibiting neighbors from using their back yards.
It needs to be treated ASAP.
