The Building Inspector has contacted the owner and no action has taken place. The City is moving forward with a raze order for the garage and if they structure is not removed by the owner it will be removed by the City.

what is happening with this property? no one is living there but the garage is falling down. there is a car sitting there that has not moved all year. the lawn does not get taken care of. something needs to be done here!!!!

A raze order is pending on the property and has been passed along to the Street Department. The garage will be removed by City crews and the cost charged to the property owner when scheduling allows it.

I saw kids over there playing by this garage!!!! Very unsafe!!!! Something needs to be done before someone gets hurt!!!!!!
