There is a state law that which states that a motorist must stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk. We recommend that you contact Howard County Police non-emergency number at 410-313-2200 for enforcement of this state law.
Please remember when attempting to cross, make sure that you and the driver make eye contact and that the driver stops before you proceed to cross.
Field review showed that the crosswalk marking and signs are in good condition and at the proper location for this crossing.
