Does public works come street sweep at all? Today is street sweeping day according to the sign and there's a car illegally parked for several weeks and garbage is coming the curbline.

Can you give a description (including color, make, model, and/or license plate number) of the vehicle stated to be illegally parked on Harrison St. between 3rd St & 4th St for several weeks? Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Vehicles parked on the street more than 72 hours may be reported directly to the Abandoned Auto Unit by phone at (510) 777 – 8622 or by email at AbandonedAuto@oaklandnet.com.
