Description

The area around this manhole cover has flooded continuously since the 2016 Main Street project and it freezes in the winter - causing tmultiple safety issues. CP Ward made 2 attempts to modify the cover so that the water drains into the space below the cover (cover sits lower than the sidewalk) and DOT was showed the issue while doing street light maintenance. As of last week it appears that the space under the manhole cover is full of water and unable to drain.
