This issue will be sent to Pavement for routine maintenance, however, an option to help alleviate this problem is to have your neighbors join into a Special Assessment District (S.A.D.) to have the alley paved by the City. If a majority of residents in a specific area agree to join, a S.A.D. will be created and funded by the residents affected by the improvements, in this case a paved alley.
