Yes, the procedure is to notify the SP Sanitation Dept that there needs to be a pickup of furniture etc. The Beacon should be doing that, I just thought another independent notification might speed things along. Otherwise I think Sanitation just lets it sit there to be picked over by various scavaging individuals before they get around to picking it up, themselves. There are lots of similar alleys in SP.
