An orange street repair sign has been face down on the grass beside the bus stop on 3rd St. South in front of the Beacon Condominium at 470 3rd St. South for over a month. Someone needs to pick it up and return it to its proper location. This is the second time I’ve tried to report this. My first attempt got a nice reply, but the sign remains. Perhaps this time will be different!

For over a month, a forgotten road repair sign has been killing the grass next to the bus stop in front of The Beacon at 470 3rd St. S. I walk by it every day hoping that someone remembers it, but no one has so far. It got there after Delmar Terrace S. was used to move traffic away from construction at 2nd St and 4th Ave S .

I want to find out if I can drive down to the Maximo Moorings neighborhood to check on the status of my friends house who evacuated north and are currently in NC. No obvious phone number for that.

It appears that the management of the Beacon have signs that tell its residents to put old furniture etc in the alley (200 block of Delmar Terrace) but does not instruct them to contact St. Petersburg Sanitation Dept. to pick it up. This pile has been growing for several days now and is huge.

On the south side of the 200 block of Delmar Terrace S, there is a growing collection of old furniture to be removed. Today a glass circular table top was added and that poses a risk that needs to be attended to immediately.

The plastic wall for the bus stop in front of the Beacon on 3rd St. South (#7731) was seriously broken over a month ago and reported. But so far nothing has been done about it. There are jagged shards sticking out towards the sidewalk where 100's walk by every day. What does it take to get some attention given to this dangerous mess?

The glass or plastic back wall has been smashed and there is the debris from that in the interior of the bus stop.

At 4:30pm to 5:15pm on weekdays, numerous cars turn left on red from northbound on 3rd St into 4th Ave on their way to I-175. Many don't stop but just glide through. An officer there would catch many of them. When 3rd St has a green light, pedestrians crossing 4th Ave with the light on the west side of the intersection are routinely yelled at by left turning drivers from 3rd St. who do not slow down as they turn. A sign warning left turners to yield to pedestrians might save someone's life, a few citations might work as well. This intersection has residences and condos on 3 corners and in a year will have them on all 4. It will only get worse.
