Description
This tire has been laying curbside for at least a week. The trash cans, on the other hand, have been sitting outside the Sprint store for months and months. I complained directly to the Sprint management but, apparently, they refuse to bring them inside after being emptied because "they smell". Sprint needs an official reminder of city policy with fines levied if necessary.
