In addition to that request, every side street off of Duncan needs to be resurfaced. I have made this request to numerous individuals including former Councilman Rhemchal, current councilman Gadsen, John Hannusak and numerous other city officials

Duncan Ave is worse then some thurd world country roads. People constantly drive in Bike lane to avoid potholes and this creates a danger to bicyclists going or coming from nearby park. I have sent a certified letter with intent to file to Mayors office for failure to rectify a noted hazard by JCPD and Engineering Dept of the city.

I wish Navi could vote on this again, and it so good to know I am not the only one petitioning HARD for someone to do something about this - unfortunately are results have been the same. How this portion of Duncan was not at the top of the list for all the repaving projects they set up is beyond me.

We have added this section to our potential list of roads for this year's Road Program. We will be compiling this list and then grading each road by it's condition at a later date. This year's Road Program scope will be determined by the result of this grading and money available. Thanks for the request.
