Guy has been parking his greyish gmc sierra in his front yard on a frequent basis, been sitting in the front yard all last weekend and all day this weekend.

Also doesnt it on and off thru the week from time to time in late evening but mostly on weekeneds.

Hes had a huge boat parked in front for the past r days this week, showed up wednesday and hasnt moved an inch since.

Why are we allowing people to use thier front yards and properties as storage facilities?
