Gravel/Sand from adjacent alley has all shifted out into the main road so water can not drain down that side of the road into main drain. Water comes across the road over to the alley near my home causing rain water to build up on my lawn which has a 4 to 6 inch curb. Alley gravel need to be cleaned up and retained in that alleyway for proper drainage Street sweeper can not clean it up because it is heavy muck.
