Description
I just recently moved in a see the neighbor across the street dump mulch and tree limbs from their tree business into the house that is vacant next to me. This concerns me since we are currently in a drought and with the recent fires we have been having. Also, since the house is vacant they are using the back yard as a storage for their large tree truck. What if this vehicle is hot and sparks the mulch they just dumped?
