Description
The house has overgrown vegetation all around the house, especially around front doorstep. And there appears to be black mold on front porch area. Although the grass is mowed regularly, nothing else in yard is ever touched. I am concerned for these residents who seem to live in unsafe conditions and a rarely seen. Other neighbors have complained that there are snakes and other vermin coming from their backyard which is totally overgrown. If they allow mold to grow on their front porch, I wonder what the rest of the house looks like.
