CURBING WAS INSTALLED SO THAT ROADWAY RUNOFF COMES DOWN HILL AND SHOULD RUN INTO YARD DOWN TO STORM DRAIN POND. INSTEAD, IT FLOODS HER YARD. PLEASE SET UP ON-SITE MEETING WITH RESIDENT TO DISCUSS WHAT CAN BE DONE.
