This morning i helped a little 8 year old girl after she got clipped by a car on mission valley while walking alone to LLE. The car did not stop and it knocked her backpack off and had her terrified. I watched him run right through the stop sign at at least 40 mph. There are kids on every corner in this neighborhood and people need to SLOW DOWN. Theres one crossing guard and not one patrol car enforcing the school zone or 30mph regular speed limit. It is like baby frogger out there and a child is going to get killed. Please join me in calling the non emergency line and requesting patrol of at least the school zone during school drop off/ pick up times 281.403.8700
