Will temporarily fix the dip in the east bound. Contractor will soon be excavating the roadway to install a new water main on Montgomery Rd. to 95 bridge

Wait .. Before you close this is the County intending to address the concern for the entire section of roadway after the new water main has been installed? The contractor is only going to fix what they destroy (if that) this section of road clearly needs more attention than replacing a pipe is going to accomplish. I agree with waiting on a permanent solution due to forthcoming events but would like to see some evidence that you folks have intent to come out and do it right. Why do you close issues that aren't resolved?

We will mill and repave both lanes as soon as the contractor completes their work in that area

Contractor has apparently finally completed work in area. Please provide ETA on professional mill and repave operations on Montgomery Road in Elkridge.

Sunken areas on Montgomery Rd have been resurfaced.
