On going issue. 5 way intersection impacted by commuter traffic making illegal right turns off Adell Ct and cars running the red light on east bound MacArthur Blvd. With 12 to 20 cars blocking the intersection. These means cars with the green light on Canon Ave, E38th and Excelsior cannot enter the intersection and if the do they have try and merge into traffic blocking the intersection. Monday thur Friday 4.00 Pm to 6.00 PM. There is no way an Emergency vehicle could make though this grid lock.
