Opis
Garage truck picks up units around 5AM and bangs them multiple times when emptying them? Noise can be heard all the way over onto 41st St. Typical noise restrictions are in place until 6AM or 7AM. Why are the garbage trucks allowed to work this early, if they are making so much noise?
