I don't understand this. Has the problem been fixed or not? I thought I had reported it. I don't care for this Clickfix thing because it's the second issue I've reported where nothing is actually accomplished.

Forget it. I can't use a phone because of my hearing. What's the point of sending a message when I have to call it in? It's a shame my e-mail couldn't be directed to the right department.
