I am a very quiet and clean person. I expect the same for whoever lives in my residence. You are paying for the room so that is what you are entitiled too and you will have your privacy in the room. However, you can use the washer/dryer and the kitchen. House does not have internet but will connect if needed. We can split the internet bill. I have two dogs which mainly stay in my room.
I do not like a lot of visitors. We can discuss this in more detail in person. I am a police officer so no drugs or illegal activity of any kind. You will have to pass a background check before moving in. A $400 deposit will be asked which you will get back after moving out. There will be no contract of any kind.
