On my walk this morning I saw a white bucket sitting in front of this house. It contained used car oil and a funnel. If someone hits it with a vehicle or kicks it with their foot it will cause the oil to spill into the street.

The yard needs to be mowed.

A new driveway and sidewalk are being installed and there doesn't seem to be a building permit. I understand the requirements are to make a cut into the street so there is a smooth transition from driveway and it doesn't seem that is being done

the owners of 2822 West Pebble Beach Drive also own the vacant lot next door. On Friday they had about 5 dump truck loads of dirt put up against the fence. We are afraid this may cause drainage problems to neighboring homes.

For the last several weeks as I walk by 3323 Palm Desert in the mornings, I have heard what sounds like a generator running. I was wondering if maybe the residents have had their electricity disconnected and are now using a generator. They also have expired license plates on one of their vehicles which is usually gone during the day.

These homeowners have had a green waste management bag sitting in their front yard over a month with trash in it.

This residence has had an Old Dominion trailer parked in front for several days.

Trees were trimmed and the front yard has been covered with the limbs for over a week. They are not cut to a manageable size or bundled properly for pickup

I am a very quiet and clean person. I expect the same for whoever lives in my residence. You are paying for the room so that is what you are entitiled too and you will have your privacy in the room. However, you can use the washer/dryer and the kitchen. House does not have internet but will connect if needed. We can split the internet bill. I have two dogs which mainly stay in my room.

This home has a garage apartment in the rear and I noticed today that they have two different addresses listed on the mail box. Isn't it against city code and HOA to rent out to non family members.

House is being remodeled and they are constantly putting stuff on the curb on days when heavy trash is not scheduled to be picked up.

This is a vacant house and the owner had trees trimmed and the limbs, etc have been sitting curb side for weeks. A green tag was applied by garbage men but since no one lives there it hasn't been seen. Hopefully you can find the address of the owner and have them cited. This is definitely a fire hazzard
