Description
Free roaming livestock at corner of Mystic Lake Drive and Mystic Lake Drive N. Roosters and hens free roaming causing dogs to bark. Roosters start crowing at 3am every day and continue until sundown. Very disruptive to entire neighborhood. Please address with owners. Livestock needs to be returned to appropriate environment not in city neighborhood
