My bill since getting new meter has skyrocketed went to city hall they agreed something was going on, gave me color tabs to put in toilets nothing told me to call after I did test now saying get a plumber nothing we can do but you definitely have something wrong, I asked what next step was said we would have to send someone out but we are into December and I said ok can I set something up said NO.

Update:
After today’s site visit, it was determined more information is necessary to further investigate your reported issue. Your water meter measures the amount of water used in your household and the readings from the meter determine the amount of your monthly water bill. As discussed with the DPW Water and Sewer representative, it is encouraged that your water usage be monitored, and measured water flow be reported back to the department. Prior to water usage, write down the meter reading and immediately after activity is complete, read and record the meter again.
Please provide this information back to the representative in order that your reported issue can be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
