    My bill since getting new meter has skyrocketed went to city hall they agreed something was going on, gave me color tabs to put in toilets nothing told me to call after I did test now saying get a plumber nothing we can do but you definitely have something wrong, I asked what next step was said we would have to send someone out but we are into December and I said ok can I set something up said NO.

    House directly behind our home had dug up a ton of trees a few years back and do to this we have gotten a ton of water coming down our property which we have to pump constantly which is drowning my lawn & costing us a ton in electrical charges.

    They never clean their yard against our fence and I'm afraid we are going to get snakes, mosquitoes & rodents in our yard and eventually in our home. They have a ton of over grown grass, brush, tree limbs and debris. Isn't that some kind of city ordinance for them to be responsible for the cleaning of their property?

    City of revere finally redid our sidewalk late 2013 and during winter storm in 2014 ether city of Revere or DCR (per city of Revere) cleared our sidewalk with a bobcat and it ripped off the waterline cover and dragged it putting a big gouge in our brand new sidewalk asphalt. City of Revere replaced cap once but bobcat did it again and this time Revere water & sewer will not replace it. I've been calling since February they take report but won't come and replace it.

    I've been trying to get ANYONE to replace my faded stop sign that is basically located in my driveway. Revere says it's dcw due to it saying state police on it. I've been calling dcw for over 3 months now and leaving messages and I've NEVER received any call backs.
