What does it take to get a hole in the sidewalk repaired in howard county.

J. Barker investigated 5/2/17. I could not thoroughly inspect the drain because of traffic control issues and the work going near the drain. It appears that the rear wall in the drain facing the sidewalk may have failed. Will schedule a more thorough investigation with traffic control in place. Note: also there is sediment in the drain that needs to be cleaned out at the time of inspection for repair. I placed an orange traffic cone on the sidewalk near the drain.

New request came in as 8407 Frederick Rd. SCF#3532163. closing that work order out and continuing to use the original request. Re-investigated 7/5/17. There are contractors working in and around this area, I would have to shut down Main Street to do immediate repairs. I have elected to schedule the work as soon as the contractors move down the street for safe passage, so that I do not have to close down Main Street. Here is a picture I took this morning 7/5/17.

This repair request has been open for 15 months. I will give it another week then i will ask Allan Kittleman for his assistance to repair this dangerous condition.
