Description

As you can see from the attached photo, there is considerable flooding in the cemetery... (The water is up to the caution rope in the picture.) The worst part: My grandmother and grandfather's cremated remains are located in the rose garden, which is on an island below that flooding. The water has been over the graves and road since at least June. I noticed it in June 2016. It may have been way before…

When we asked a grounds keeper, he said "We have had a lot of rain.", which is untrue… No rain would cause this flooding for months.

He also said, "We don't want to disturb the animals that may be in it."

How about my deceased family members that are buried under this water? Are their remains still intact? How are the soil/ground and containers? How is the metal sign that is placed in the rose garden over where their remains are buried? I am sure that it will be rusted beyond recognition and will my family's remains still be in the place where they were buried?

Please help… it is very upsetting and disturbing to think of what may be going on with my family's remains.
