Description
Renter at 5308 3rd Ave N has repeatedly placed large piles of yard debris in alley behind home.
There is currently a large pile partially obstructing the alleyway.
Resident makes no attempt to place debris in dumpsters, and it seems they do not notify the city for proper removal.
