This is still an issue as these dogs have been barking several hours today

This is still an issue and they have already started barking for the day. The dogs are now also barking for long periods of time at night as well.

Still an issue and as noted before they now bark not only constantly during the day but at night for prolonged periods as well. It appears the owners just leave these poor dogs outside all the time and they are obviously upset.
