I walked through here again recently and the homeless people have taken it over, again.
Tents are blocking the sidewalk. There are drug dealers and addicts wandering the area. Dogs are running around.
This walking path is used by lots of poor people who can't afford to drive everywhere all the time. People who shop at home depot use this sidewalk, and people on their way to Fruitvale Ave also use it.
