Description
The large tree behind the property (on an apartment complex property) is rotting and large branches are falling off. This tree needs to be cut back as the branches are overhanging an adjacent property's roof. This is dangerous and the apartment complex does not maintain the tree!

This CAN BE VIEWED FROM THE STREET! The pictures were taken from the street. There is no need for the owner to call Codes, as the owner is the one that has FAILED to maintain the tree in the first place.
What needs to be done before someone fines the owner for this? Does the tree need to fall on the home? Does the tree need to fall and damage someone's vehicle before anybody does anything about it?
Again, the problem tree can be seen from the street and alleyway behind the property.
The address to the main property is 5619 Manchester Street North. It's owned by Charles and Mary Crow, 2032 IOWA AVE NE, ST PETERSBURG FL 33703-3428. I suggest someone gets a hold of them to make sure this gets taken care of before real damage to property occurs by this tree!
