    No 'U Turn' sign needs to be installed. North bound vehicles on 4th St. are making U turns at 79th Avenue, there is not a dedicated turn lane at this intersection.

    The public walkway between 79th Ave. & 2nd St. N. to 80th Ave. & Riverside Dr. N. is overgrown and needs trimming. This walkway is used by children to access school buses and Rio Vista Park. Additionally the sidewalk is very cracked and uneven.
