Can they at least move it off the street and on to their own property?

I don't understand how this is not a problem. The grass is growing up through the pavement around it. It is an eyesore. This vehicle has not moved in over a year. It can't because it doesn't run. Please ask them to move it to their own property.

Met with B. Kelly regarding the zoning ordinance implications of on and off street parking of motor vehicles in residential districts in the city. We could not find any provisions of the current ordinances that prohibit such parking of vehicles such as the one at this address. Issue will be closed.
