Thank you for reporting this issue - it was one of the worst potholes in town at a very difficult place to avoid. There is still work to be done on this ramp (and even more work to do on the ramp to Essex St on the northbound side), however, I believe this pothole has been mostly addressed. Will keep an eye on it as winter approaches and plowing begins.
