This once beautiful park has been ruined. Between the holes on the lawn, the dog @#$%, the graffiti and the cigar butts; it's trashed. Why anyone thought planting a house plant would add anything is beyond me.

As a former park maintenance worker, I can assure you that this could be cleaned up in 15 minutes.... I don't mind that the park is no longer watered and looks like hell, the dog owners have ruined it, but come on.... clean this up.
