The downed tree remains in the front yard, and the entire property is in need of mowing. Comments based on my observations from the street on 7/10/17.

This must be an error. Our neighbors at 1415 NW 14th Avenue took down the troublesome tree (in their *back* yard) many months ago, for which we thanked them. So a reported tree down in the *front* yard cannot apply to them. In addition, they always keep their yard up meticulously, so this report cannot be right about that, either. You would think that this issue would be resolved by now.
