UPDATE: Pinellas County Animal Services has dispatched an Animal Control Officer to investigate, case #C03727230

I'm not sure if anyone has done anything yet but the dog started barking again tonight shortly after 8 and continued barking until I said something about it at 845. I could see the dog sitting there and the house door is wide open so I don't see how the owners don't hear or why they let it continue. This is unacceptable and I hope someone can take care of it.
