DPW HWYS Office assigned this issue to DPW HWYS Dayton (central)

If the pipes are fine, why would water be coming OUT of a blue cover that is near a marked a gas line. Something is WRONG with the drainage in the area that could lead to a very serious problem. This is not a pothole issue. Because this increases after a storm or during snow melt, this more likely to be a storm water or spring water drainage issue.

The road has been covered with water & probably ice at times the last few days there.
