Sump pump discharges into the drainage swale and the ground is saturated and holding water. You can run the pump line into the storm drain inlet to solve this problem.

We received an email, "...Your staff. according to mom, sucked up the water and left. This did NOT resolve the problem. The storm drain under the standing water is blocked, plugged, stopped up - it needs to be cleared, not just pumped off! The drain pipe is blocked, water used to flow into the drain - which is plugged up! Please - SNAKE THE PIPE, don't just suck off the water"

I believe the notes are incorrect. The actual drainage issue is on the left side of the house as you face it. It is on the property line between 2617 Jonathan and 2613 Jonathan. There is a black syphon hose running from the trobled area to the other storm water drain to the left of the driveway.

Sorry for confusion. I now see that this relates to 2613 Jonathan and from that property it is on the right side of the house.

Flushed under drain in front off houses, pipes are open.
